Frequently Asked Questions

What supply chain and procurement leaders typically ask before working with us.

What types of materials do you purchase?+

We focus on surplus and excess electronic components from OEMs and EMS providers, including semiconductor ICs, memory devices, passive components, connectors, RF modules, sensors, LEDs and complete SMD reel stock. Both original factory packaging and properly packaged loose stock are considered.

How do I get a quote for my excess inventory?+

Send us your excess stock list (Excel or CSV preferred) with part numbers, quantities, date codes and packaging condition via the quote form on this site or by email. Our team reviews the list and returns an indicative offer.

How long does the quotation process take?+

For typical lists, an initial evaluation is completed within 48 hours. Larger or more complex inventories may require additional time for detailed assessment, and we will keep you informed throughout.

How are materials handed over and shipped?+

After offer confirmation, we arrange logistics according to your preferred terms. Materials can be picked up from your warehouse or shipped to our consolidation point. Every handover is documented with a detailed packing list.

What are the settlement terms?+

We pay first, then collect. Once both sides agree on the price, payment is issued by T/T bank transfer, and pickup or shipment is arranged after the funds are received — so you carry no risk on the transaction itself.

Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?+

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before receiving detailed inventory lists. Your part numbers, quantities and pricing information are handled confidentially and are never disclosed to third parties.

Are there requirements on date codes or condition?+

We evaluate date code, packaging integrity and storage condition during the offer process. Older date codes or opened packaging do not automatically disqualify materials, but they are reflected in the valuation.

Can you handle recurring surplus from our production line?+

Yes. Many clients work with us on an ongoing basis for line-changeover, order-cancellation and EOL material disposal. We can set up a standing evaluation process for your recurring excess lists.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to walk you through the evaluation process for your specific inventory.
